"Oh how cute you're showing!"

Well actually I'm not, what you're seeing is the wonderful combination of eating my heart out and being constipated, but thanks for asking! It is pretty humorous, I'm looking like 5 months over here yet I'm still unable to gain weight. Now don't get me wrong, I consider myself quite lucky that I can eat constantly all day and while nothing comes out the scale doesn't move. Lets see how long that lasts....

So I realized I never told "the story" and someone out there might be interested. The month of December we spent traveling in Texas and while I kept waiting for that time of the month to come, I was too busy to have time to freak out. Instead it gradually sank in that I was almost 2 weeks late so on the way to a wedding in Dallas one day I blurted out to Brian that I was really really late. "Ok lets eat lunch." The next day I told him it was time to go get a test because if I wasn't pregnant something else was wrong. We went to a ghetto store that had all the pregnancy tests locked in a cabinet and I refused to go ask someone for help so we drove to a CVS and I grabbed the first test I saw. At this time we were staying with my Granny, and while I love her I wasn't really in the mood to make this a family affair yet. So I woke up at like 4 in the morning and crept to the bathroom with my little box that says it may take up to two minutes for the results to show. Try as soon as the pee hit the stick. So here I am with all the evidence spread out around me thinking "Are you kidding me?" I stuff everything back in the box, sneak into the kitchen, pull out the trash can and bury the box as close to the bottom as I can and prepare to tell Brian, sweetly sleeping in his child free world of dreams. He wakes up as I walk in and asks "are you sick?" nope. "are you ok?" nope "well what are you?" silence (half moan half groan from Brian) "Oh boy" or girl I reply.

But everyone thinks its girl.
