The American Film Institute are the people who give the top 100 best movies, movie quotes, etc. I have won many a final Jeopardy due to loving these lists. BUT I have only now discovered that they have a list specifically for movie musicals. A wonderful list 180 movies long, quite a few of them Disney cartoons, the famous ones you automatically think of (Singing in the Rain, Sound of Music), and some you've never heard of but you know the songs ("Baby it's cold outside," "We're in the Money"), and some I'm not sure I really want to watch...but I am on a mission. Brian doesn't know about this because I just decided to do this about 60 seconds ago. Now I have to go do a soft shoe through the kitchen, a waltz into the living, and sing my heart while I vacuum (that way nobody has to hear me)!
